This is a dForce ready outfit and, in order to keep the dress in place, the right shoulder piece exist. The Opacity for these piece can be set to 0% with the UV or the Opacity slider for that Material Zone in the surfaces tab
The “Golden Mesh Look” its applied to a geometry shell. To use it you must LOAD the WEARABLE file, not the Dress itself.
