The Portrait Studio product helps you to create great portraits in the same way a photographer
does in a real portrait studio. It includes a simple studio room, the collection of studio props,
material pre-sets, light pre-sets, and a 49 page portrait “photography” tutorial.
The tutorial is about the basics of composition, perspective, camera options, lighting and
render sittings. A lot of photography techniques have their 3D software equivalents, like
depth of field and focal length. Understanding their function in photography will help you use
them in 3D.
The product can be used with the FireFly and SuperFly render engine, but will be more useful
with SuperFly. This is because SuperFly’s physics based capabilities work exactly as with real
photography.
